A heated holding tank can receive molten TPE, maintain temperature and provide a buffer before mold filling. Confirm the required volume and material handling process for the selected line.
4. Match the Product Molds
Provide drawings or samples for the full-body doll, torso, dildo, vagina or other TPE product mold. Review mold material, dimensions and filling arrangements together with the extrusion equipment.
5. Confirm Mold Handling and Demolding
Confirm the temperature-control, mold-handling and demolding procedure for the actual TPE formulation. Any additional heating equipment must follow the validated production process; the equipment list is not identical for every product.
6. Review Eligible TPE Scrap Handling
Discuss whether eligible TPE edge waste or rejected products can be prepared for controlled reuse. Material history, contamination and the permitted reuse ratio must be checked against the factory process.
