3. Melt Holding and Static Degassing
The heated holding tank receives molten TPE, maintains temperature and gives bubbles time to rise before transfer.
4. Mold Filling
Molten TPE is transferred to a full-body doll, torso, vagina, dildo or other custom mold.
5. Heating, Curing and Demolding
Production method and mold design determine whether an oven or other heat-treatment step is used before demolding.
6. Scrap Reduction and Recycling
Eligible defective products and edge waste can be crushed for controlled reuse according to the factory’s material process.
