Chencheng identifies Model 65 as a starting point for smaller TPE adult products, including dildo-type molded parts. Confirm the material grade, part weight, mold quantity and filling schedule before selecting a configuration.

Our process focus is thorough, uniform TPE melting, with setup aimed at minimizing trapped bubbles and heat-related yellowing. Agree a material trial and inspect melt consistency, visible bubbles and color against the approved sample. Results depend on formulation, material preparation and operating conditions.
Share the TPE formulation or grade, sample, coloring requirements and mold-filling method. Ask for agreed observations of the melt and finished sample before approving the production setup. We do not present photographs as a guarantee of zero bubbles or zero discoloration for every formulation.
